[Plugin: Advanced Category Excluder] Hide category on home page but post must be visible in featured

Hide category on home page but post must be visible in featured posts

I am using them with features post – but when I put some category under hide on Home page I can not see also featured post from that category – Because those post from that cat are in great numbers I will like they not be visible on Home page, but to be visible in featured posts – is this possible?
