[Plugin: Advanced Custom Fields] Front end form???

Hi, i would like to know more aboute this new feature: “New Feature: Front end form (Please read documentation on website for usage)”

What is this about? I Saw the documentation and tried the code…..but just show me an “Update” button in screen!!
