• I am running Advanced Events Registration v2.1.15 on WP 2.8.6. For reasons out my reach, updating will not be an option.

    After modifying and saving the payment confirmation email text in the plugin settings, the page became blank and all my organization information have disappeared (name, email address for payment, main event page, etc).

    Everytime I enter the org details and hit save, I get the confirmation it is saved but if I refresh the page, all input fields are empty. My event page now keeps saying “Please setup Organization in the Admin Panel!”….

    The plugin was running fine before, I was able to test registrations and payments. I have tried disactivating all plugins, reinstalling AER… it won’t work. Has anyone run into this problem? Seth, can you help?

    I wasn’t able to target the problem, I ended up using a backup of the database that was created prior to it. It works fine now!
