[Plugin: Advertising Manager] Displaying ads in sidebars?

    Is it possible to put ads in sidebars or on top of every page with Advertising Manager?
    I installed and activated the plugin, but I can only see the “insert ad” dropdown menu when editing or adding a post in HTML-view?
    I would, for example, like to add a skyscraper ad in the sidebar. Am I overlooking something?
