Hi: I’m using PHP Version 4.4.8, running WordPress 2.7.1 with german language pack (https://wordpress-deutschland.org/download/sprachdatei/)

I replicated my environment (php 4.4.8, wp2.7.1, german), and cannot get this error.

Can you describe what you were doing? (e.g. did this error happen when you clicked ‘activate’ on the plugins screen?). Did you have Adsense Manager installed? If so:
– What types of ads (e.g. Google Adsense, etc.) did you have loaded?
– Was Adsense Manager still installed and activated?

I am having the same problem.

php 5.1.6, wp 2.7.1

It occurs when I try to activate.

Adsense Manager was still on the server, I’ve deleted it now and still same problem.

turned on debugging –

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

There seems to be a corrupt ad network coming from Adsense Manager. In order to fix this, I will need someone who is getting this issue to email me their data.
