[Plugin: Advertising manager] How to use it?

I am pretty new to making WordPress sites. I have installed
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/advertising-manager/
But I dont quite understand how to use it?
Instead of just uploading a picture and that beeing the add, I get asked things like:
HTML code beofore and after, Ad code.. What is this?Let`s say I got a add( a picture), how do I procced to get it on my page?
