    Hi,

    I am using the free version of the plugin with a Woocommerce Bookings product and had a couple of instances where orders were cancelled. The order notes said ‘Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.’, so I thought it had something to do with this plugin.

    Is this plugin cancelling the orders or is it done by Woocommerce?

    Hi Irina,

    WooCommerce has a built-in feature to cancel pending (unpaid) orders after a specific amount of time.

    You can find it in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.

    It doesn’t have anything to do with this plugin ?? Checkout Countdown doesn’t touch any order related code.
