Plugin ain’t blocking anything

I’m using Super Page Cache for CloudFlare maybe that’s what’s blocking the CSP from blocking the scripts? Could you help me out, please?

That plugin doesn’t seem to have support for not caching the cookie as stated in I’m using a cache plugin, and it seems to be interfere with this plugin unfortunately. So the problem lies there I think, not with Cookies and Content Security Policy, try asking them.
