[Plugin: Ajax Event Calendar]: Modify how multiday event is displayed in month

  • Hi, first of all thanks to the developers of this nifty plugin… I hope someone can help, I’ve got 2 issues with multi-day events

    I have an event that starts in one day and ends in the next day for example:
    Title: Johns Birthday
    Time: 5/17/2012 10pm to 5/18/2012 3am.

    Issue 1:
    When the calendar is displayed (month view), the event is displayed, spanned over 2 days i.e. 5/17 and 5/18.

    My first question is: Is it possible to prevent the display from spanning over 5/18. I.e. I want the event to show up only on 5/17?

    Issue 2:
    If there are other events that take place on the same day as the multi-day event described above (i.e. on 5/17) for instance:

    Title: Anne’s Birthday
    Time 5/17/2012 10am to 5/17/2012 2pm

    When the calendar is rendered, it displays the multi-day event first.

    My second question is, is there a way to sort events on a day by the TIME that the events start. I.e. Anne’s birthday should have been displayed before John’s birthday.

    Lastly, I don’t mind changing code, if this would require some code modification…

    Any help will be appreciated.
