    Hello

I’m using Sendinblue and really like it but now i’m in need of also integrating the plugin to WordPress, but there seems to be a problem:
AJAX that is used in WP admin is not working.
When I entered my API key, it says the key is incorrect but after refreshing the page, my key is registered, from which I assume that the plugin itself works but won’t just use AJAX properly.
The bigger problem is on “Settings” page where I can’t create any forms because I won’t give me the options to do that. It just keeps loading the sign up form/process.

Any help please? I already tried uninstalling plugins and activating through other themes. No help.

    Hello,
This plugin gets very unhelpful when ever it get a bit more advanced.
I need to have two subscrib forms on the same page but it does not work as they have the same IDs. There should be several other usable IDs so we can use more than one form in a page.

    Thanks for your relevant comment.
Indeed, forms have the same ID which limit the functional scope as you highlighted.
We are gonna change this logic for the next major wordpress plugin update.

Meanwhile, I invite you to use “SendinBlue forms” in order to include several forms in one page.
Once logged in SendinBlue, you can create and download form source code from Marketing App / API & Integration / Forms.

@neeraj_slit I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
