• I am using this ypn, seems to wrok great thanks !
    one question though !

    When I generate a ad (text or image) from adsense I get code like the following

    <script type=”text/javascript”><!–
    google_ad_client = “pub-xxxxxxxxxx”;
    /* CS_RightHandSide_336_280 */
    google_ad_slot = “xxxxxxxxxx”;
    google_ad_width = 336;
    google_ad_height = 280;
    //–>
    </script>
    <script type=”text/javascript”
    src=”https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js”&gt;
    </script>

    For every ad I generate from Adsense the google_ad_slot # is different.
    So I am assuming this is like a uniquer id for each ad that you generate..

    But in YPN setup the google_ad_slot is not being asked for ?

    Is it not required ?

    Thanks,

  • Right, google_ad_slot is not required

    thx…in that case do I need to generate an ad before using the same in YPN ? or that is not required cause all the plubgin needs is publisher id and channel (optional)

    i believe (from what I saw so far), I do not need to generate an ad…
    I can enter the pub id and channel in the plugin maintainance screen and display ads on my site…but the channel report will not show up anything for that particular channel ?

    Basically, I am wondering if you can see the ads in your channel report by simply using this plugin and not generating an ad from adsense ?

    Thanks !

    I installed the All-in-one AdSense plugin, made edits and saved. However, nothing shows up on my blog.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
