Thanks NikolayP. Glad you were able to resolve the issue.

    I have such problems:

    – calendar view button not working
    – button with print version shows up, but after page fully loads it disapears
    – in console: window “Welcome to the All-in-One Event Calendar, by Timely” with introductory video link does not disapear after clicking “Dismiss” and link doesn’t works too
    – when creating new event, clicking “Start date / time:” does not calls any window with date selection
    – etc.

Here is the page with calendar:
    https://openhearts.kiev.ua/calendar/

Please help! I want to use this calendar so much=)

    Hi iLgor,

RE: Print button – this is only available for the Agenda view. Your calendar is set to Month view, so this is why it is not available.

RE: calendar view button not working – I think there is a theme conflict with your theme Born. Born is a theme from Theme Forest, which unfortunately often has conflict(s) with ai1ec. To be sure, try (temporarily) switching themes to Twenty Eleven to see if this resolves the issue. If it does resolve the issue, please consult this support article:
    https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/676565-my-wordpress-theme-has-a-conflict-with-the-ai1ec-what-can-i-do-

Let me know if changing the theme also resolves the other issues. If it does not, please email our premium support at [email protected] and provide your WP admin access and we will take a closer look for you.

    richard.girling, thanks for answering!

Unfortunately, theme changing didn’t help. With Twenty Eleven calendar has the same problems.

Somehow i have 2 same folders:
    /domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-content/themes-ai1ec
    and /domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/themes-ai1ec

Also in one site i noticed, that “js” folder contains these files:

    bootstrap-dropdown.js
    bootstrap-tooltip.js
    build-js.sh
    calendar.js
    calendar.min.js
    event.js
    event.min.js
    general.js
    general.min.js
    jquery.scrollTo-min.js
    jquery.tablescroll.js
    modernizr.custom.78720.js

but in my folder “js” contains only folder “pages” with calendar.js.
I’v created all these files, but nothing chaged… Maybe i did something wrong O_o

Also creating new event gives such error:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Ai1ec_Event_Not_Found’ with message ‘Event with ID ‘1761’ could not be retrieved from the database.’ in /home/openh565/domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/app/model/class-ai1ec-event.php:412 Stack trace: #0 /home/openh565/domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/app/helper/class-ai1ec-events-helper.php(63): Ai1ec_Event->__construct(1761, 0) #1 /home/openh565/domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/app/controller/class-ai1ec-events-controller.php(470): Ai1ec_Events_Helper::get_event(1761) #2 /home/openh565/domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(170): Ai1ec_Events_Controller->event_content(‘<p>kl;fgjkldfkl…’) #3 /home/openh565/domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-includes/post-template.php(166): apply_filters() #4 /home/openh565/domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-content/themes/born/single.php(30): the_content() #5 /home/o in /home/openh565/domains/openhearts.kiev.ua/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/app/model/class-ai1ec-event.php on line 412

    This is what i have… =(

@ilgor: It is normal to have two themes-ai1ec folders. To make changes at the front end, the wp-content > themes-ai1ec folder is where you need to make changes.

In order to resolve the issues with your calendar (such as your calendar view button not working), please email us your WP admin access to [email protected] as well as pasting the description of your issue, so that we can take a closer look.
