[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Conflict with Theme My Login

Apparently there is something in the All In One Events Calendar plugin which conflicts with Theme My Login plugin settings page. I have to disable AI1EC in order to access the settings page for Theme My Login. It was suggested on another forum that this was because in development of AI1, the CSS is being called by other plugins, which is something which is avoidable? Can you comment on this and let us know if this is something that can be corrected by AI1EC?
