[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Install from behind firewall

That’s probably the google map integration. It should work without this. If it’s not google maps, can you please post the error message?

I can assure you that the plugin is not downloading anything external.

I probably wasn’t very clear in my initial post. When I activate the plugin, anything done in the admin then takes me to an “Install Calendar Themes” page which wants ftp credentials to my site.

I know the credentials are good, and I have tried localhost, 127.0.0.1, and my 192.168.x.x address, but none of them will auth to complete the setup. So I end up stuck and have to remove the plugin to be able to do anything.

Is there any way I can work around this ftp credentials step? Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem except that my dev server is not accessible to the outside world so it’s actually impossible to install themes via FTP. Having this be a requirement is pretty crap. Any solutions?

I managed to install the plugin by going to https://time.ly/ and downloading the full package, then moving the “themes-ai1ec” directory into my “wp-content” directory.

I originally misread the instructions here https://help.time.ly/customer/portal/articles/534931-how-do-i-manually-upgrade- and put the folder inside “wp-content/themes/”.
