    I think they’ve given up and gone home… pity I’m trying to put it live on a production system ??

    Hi – we are still here.

    The roadmap at trac.the-seed.ca became completely unusable as it was getting swamped with requests that we couldn’t keep up with. We have an internal system now.

    Feel free to send any feature requests our way.

    @uptoeleven – sorry you think that we’ve “given up and gone home”. We answer hundreds of support requests a week and due to the volume, not all of them can be as detailed as we would like. We are hiring more support staff, but this takes time.

    Perhaps the opinion that you’d “given up and gone home” has something to do with the disappearance of help.then.ly.
