[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Setting Defaults for Events

Ok thanks to the help of everyone on the forum I’m coming along in giant leaps with this plugin now and really getting to grips with it!
However, I wanted to know if it was possible for me to set it up to do some things by default so others in the office can update the events as well and not just me!
1. Firstly, is it possible to set a default event location and organiser contact details as we are a training provider and 99% of our training is held in our offices and our address currently has to be typed in manually to each event.
2. Can I set up various templates for different events. We have around 8 standard courses that we run and it would be great if I could set up a template for each that has all the relevant event titles, information text and such like. Also, if that is possible, can I then make the relevant template default to the appropriate category?
Any help would be very greatly appreciated!
