[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Shortcode to list next upcoming event only

Is there a way to limit the event output by week?

I would like to use this for a church calendar.

So I would like to show just the upcoming Sunday service info.

So It would be great if there was a shortcode that let you list a category, but just the next entry coming up. Not all of them.

Is this currently possible?
