[Plugin: All in One SEO Pack] No Follow

Hello,

First of all thank you for a wonderful plugin.
It works beautifully for me. I am relatively new to WP and would like to know is it absolutely necessary to make archives and categories “no follow”.

I am asking this for two reasons:

1. I now that duplicate content is bad, but I see that “no follow” is not set as default in your plugin.

2. That makes me think that maybe WP is somehow recognized by Google as a blog that by nature has “duplicate” content in for of archives and categories, so it does not get penalized.

In any case, should I check “no follow” or leave it as is?

I would like to hear different experiences from people that are using WP for a longer time than I.
