[Plugin: All-In-One Slideshow] Slideshow not working in IE 7, can't get dropdown to work over s

The slideshow works great in IE9, IE8, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. It does not work for me in IE7. Also, my dropdowns disappear behind it even with z-index specified.
Ideas?
