[Plugin: ALO EasyMail Newsletter] Alo-Easymail Newsletter Creating problems with wordpress 3.4 for m

I recently updated wordpress to version 3.4.
I had alo easy mail newsletter installed in my site and as soon as i activated the plugin back after updating, it started giving this error and the site went down:

As soon as i delete the plugin from the website folder completely. The site returns to normal position but if the plugin is activated it gives the same error again and again. Help please
