If you have not read yet, I suggest the faq page:
    https://www.eventualo.net/blog/wp-alo-easymail-newsletter-faq/
    maybe it can help you.
You can debug newsletters: rather than the recipients, you can send all emails of a newsletter to the author or you can have them recorded into a log file. You can enable it in Newsletters → Settings → tab Newsletter.

I’m getting this too. Reports stay 100% complete, but the mails don’t actually deliver. If I send a test mail to a single account it never arrives.

I don’t solve the problem and changed the plugin. Now I’m using one that seems pretty good: MailPress
    https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/mailpress/

Sorry my bad English and good luck.

REPORT READS SENDING SUCCESSFUL 100% – sent to two email addresses, box A (client’s) received the test newsletter but box B (my test aol account) did not. Able to send and receive actual “Test (send test)” to box. CONCERNED WITH NEWSLETTERS GETTING LOST WHEN DOING MASS SENDING – Should this be a concern? How do I assure newsletters are being sent? REPORT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ACCURATE.

LOVE THE PLUGIN – HOPE IT FUNCTIONS CONSISTENTLY (A reliable newsletter system) Not giving up on it because it appears to be the better out of the bunch (tested others / like features) for what I would like to do.

Q: How should I start troubleshooting the missing email problem and get accurate sending reports?

Please note – I just realized – that if you set the “PUT ALL EMAILS INTO A LOG FILE” then emails will NOT be sent, and are recorded into the log file _only_, and not both recorded AND sent. I misinterpreted this, so you need to know that logging disables sending by design. ??

I had the same problem, progress was at 100% and no emails what so ever. It worked again as soon as I turned this feature off under Settings/Newsletter/Debug newsletters. (I have activated it on purpose a few days earlier.)

    Love the plugin!

Debug is set to NO. That sounds like the same problem, but it’s something different on my end. Still no idea.

Edit: Well scratch that, I just tried the plugin again and it works by sending the test email. The rest of it should work. I’m not sure what changed. There were a couple of other plugins that updated so maybe one of them was conflicting.
