Plugin always stop working

  • Pls fix whatever bug this plugin have. It always stop working after 2 days and won’t hide any shipping method anymore. I deactivated it and activate it back. It doesn’t work anymore.
    Its very frustrating

    We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused. It would be great if you can throw some light on the issue. Have you checked for compatibility with any of the other installed plugins on your site? By “It always stops working after 2 days every time it is activated” Do you mean to say the hide shipping didn’t work as per your configuration? We would like to investigate this further on your site. Please raise a support ticket with us so that we can check the same.

    I was only trying to hide the default woocommerce flat rate if flexible shipping is active and this plugin could not the do job properly

    It looks like a compatibility issue with some other plugin. Could you please try to hide WooCommerce free shipping when the WooCommerce flat rate is enabled? Feel free to contact the support team for further analysis.
