Plugin Amelia not shown on frontend

    Hello,

    I don′t know why when I insert the shortcode on anywhere on my website, it shows nothing.

    How can i solve the problem?

    My web is in spanish, sorry.

    For example at home link I put the shortcode just below “Málaga provincia” and it doesn′t work, I cannot see nothing there.

    Now, I can add shortcodes on frontend,

    but suddenly, now I cannot see nothing when I try to click on the amelia pluging in the back end.

    When I try to go amelia settings nothing appears, except the wordpress panel on the leftside.

    What′s the problem?
