[Plugin: amr users] Fatal Error Upon Activation

I’ve intalled amr users and when I activate the plug-in I get the following error (which crashes the entire WP site):
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /wp-content/plugins/amr-users/includes/ameta-options.php on line 245
Any help on getting this working would be greatly appreciated!
