Plugin and coupon issues

The fees are added after coupons are applied. This is just how WooCommerce handles fees.

I’ve opened up an issue here to look into adding a feature of some sort that will help 100% coupons remove fees: https://github.com/WPprodigy/woocommerce-product-fees/issues/14

The next update will have an option for coupons that will remove fees.

I just tested this pre-release and it beautifully removed the product fees when using a coupon. (Coupons now have a checkbox to “Remove Product Fees”). Thanks!! I’ve been looking for this functionality!
