Plugin and Support

The Give plugin is one of the best out there, with frequent updates that are not just maintenance. Each update seems to bring enhancements that help US work better. I can’t wait for the next update each time it comes. These guys also go out of their way to help. I had problems with the developer of one of the WordPress themes I use who had the Give plugin bundled in. Give support spent time figuring out the issue, which was not the plugin, but the theme. Theme had not been updated to work past the 1.8 version of Give. Thanks to Matt and the team, the developer of the theme, after a month of back and forth and telling me it was my own issue and not them, finally updated the theme to work with new versions of the Give plugin. This would not have happened if they had not done due diligence on their part. So thanks guys and gals at Give! The plugin and the support you provide is amazing.
