Plugin and Support both are TOO GOOD To Be FREE!

The plugin itself is great with most features free. While many other plugins have only basic features free this one most features free and is extremely easy to use.

I had some problem with some images not being exported. Didnt expect much from support of a “free plugin” but I was totally wrong!

Created a ticket on their website where it was clearly written “Support is on holidays till May 11”. Well no problem. I was not in a hurry.

But soon after I created a ticket I got a response from the team. It turned out there was a conflict with other plugin “Easy Watermark” which adds ? in the image url and thus the images were not being exported.

Most other plugin developers would have asked to get premium or consult a developer but Alex asked for details of the staging website and added the code! It all took less than a day.

I have nothing but good things to say about the plugin and the support!
