[Plugin: AntiVirus] notification that there is a suspicion of a virus – fals alarm

Hi,
I keep getting a warning message refersing to a permalink issue, and in the Antivirus GUI I am asked to check a certain security issue.
It is referring to a thrat which is only given when you use older versions of wp (see also this. Under the bottomline: these are needless but also irritating warnings. How can I get rid of them? Otherwise, when a real thraet is identified, I will not take it seriously.
