    Hi tuckers,

The plugin works fine in WordPress 3.0.5. I just tested it now.

    Thanks

It is definitely breaking the images in my posts. See this example:
    https://globaltrustgroup.com/archives/54

Is there a way to stop it from trying to affect image files (jpg, gif, png)?

When I activate the plugin the images in my posts break, when I deactivate it they work again.

So actually I am finding that it breaks not only images, but hyperlinks too. Please see the screenshots here.

Plugin activated (broken images and links)

    Thanks

    Hi together.

I face the same problems as tuckers does:

it is not possible to post images anymore and also no links.

Is there a way to solve this?

    best greetings and thanks

PS: i am using wordpress 3.05. When i Deactivate the plugin, all image are visible again (and no links) and links are properly diplayed.

I would really like to use this plugin, I think it’s great.

does anyone know a good alternative for this plugin?

It’s working for me so far. I will do more testing then add a review. Thanks so much for your fast actions to fix this! You are part of what makes the WordPress community so great!

Yes it works for me also. Thank you very much, Praveen Rajan.
It is amazing how fast you were reacting.

I have found another issue. The title of the hyperlink is the name of the file, despite the fact that the title is filled out in the HTML of the post. It should display the title, not the file name on the post. See this page for an example:

The last two documents are not uploaded using WordPress I guess. If they were uploaded using upload media of WordPress filename’s will be sanitized before saving them thereby removing spaces between words.

    Thanks,
    Praveen

I did add those last two through the media linker, but they are bigger than 2MB so I could not upload them there. Any ideas how to get past the 2MB upload limit?

I created a test page with a test PDF. I uploaded the PDF with the media gallery. It did add dashes to the empty spaces on the file name. But it is still showing the file name instead of the title. The Title should read “This is a test”.

    Test Page

Is that the way the plugin is supposed to work? Because when I deactivate the plugin, the link shows the title, not the file name.
