[Plugin: Attachment Manager] Attachments are not shown in posts on index page

Hi,
Attachments are not shown on blog (full) posts listed sequentially (index.php). The attachments are only appearing after clicking the title of a post and going to the indivual post page.
Any way to resolve this?
