[Plugin: Audio Player] Conflict with qTranslate plugin

I run a bilingual site on WP 2.8.6 (necessary because the hosting specs aren’t good enough for anything more recent). I’ve had qTranslate plugin working happily on the site for a while, but now on installing Audio Player, the admin dashboard is broken – it’s no longer possible to edit any bilingual pages or posts. With Audio Player enabled, clicking on ‘edit’ simply brings up a blank page. Page content is simply not there. With Audio Player disabled, everything behaves as normal.

I’ve used 2.0.4.1, 2.0.4 and 2.0b6, and they all behave in the same way. As it turns out, the player actually works on the page*, but this is of no use to me if I can’t edit anything with it enabled.

*with the plugin disabled, I have to add the shortcode, and then enable the plugin.

edited to say: attempting to view the Audio Player settings/options also results in a blank page.
