    The uploaded avatar images have a size of 50×50 pixels (click) and you’re displaying them as 96×96 pixels, therefore the browser has to strech the image which results in that bad look.

    I am guessing that 50px is your default avatar size; if you increase that size it should look better…

    This might be something which the plugin has to do automatically… I will check.

    But my avatar is 50×50 and yet looks good. Is there a particular setting or code to change in order to fix the size just for the list in the page I linked?

    No, your avatar image is 96×96 pixels; there is a difference between the image size and the display size. Downscaling (i.e. image size bigger than display size) is often no problem, while upscaling (display size bigger than image size) results in a blurry image…

    I think your avatar is a gravatar-one while the rest of them are uploaded avatars (buddypress feature?)… Does buddypress have a setting somewhere which allows to change the size?
