How do I test this

How do I run the dashboard RTL?

I need more info to fix this

To run the dashboard rtl you need to install wordpress Arabic:
https://ar.www.ads-software.com/wordpress-3.3.1-ar.zip

Or alternatively modify wp-config.php and add this line:
define(‘WPLANG’, ‘ar’);

Then upload the ar language files to wp-content/languages.
