[Plugin: Author Box Reloaded] Twitter/Facebook not showing

hi, great plugin really glad to have found it.
however i am having some trouble setting the twitter or facebook link.
i have installed all 3 plugin, author box reloaded, the reloaded pack and the wp framework reloaded plus the user photo one but i can’t see the option under my profile to insert my social newtwork details plus i got a message on the top of my profile saying “Author Box Reloaded. At least one External Contact plugin must be active.”
anyone have a clue what i am doing wrong or what i am missing?
