[Plugin: Author hReview] Not shown on google?

I have several reviews with Author hReview but none are shown on Google with stars like https://digitalt.tv/unibox-hd1/
I have run posts through the test tool which states
The information will not appear as a rich snippet in search results, because the marked-up content does not appear to be the main focus of the page. Is this because my site is in Danish? Are Rich snippets only shown for English websites?
