• If you are considering purchasing the premium version of this PrettyLinks plug-in I would strongly advise against it. The plug-in author promises premium support. He even provides a premium support email form page. However he will completely ignore any support requests sent via this form.

    He will continue to send you his email promotions of other products he is promoting.

  • Sorry to hear about your experience but I sent the author a pre-sales question last week and got a response withing a few hours, which I found very impressive.

    Apparently there was a problem with the premium support email form which has been corrected. Glad to say that my query has been addressed.

    If I could change my rating I would.
