[Plugin: Author Spotlight (Widget)] Author Spotlight only showing one author?

The widget works when I place it in my posts sidebar but it pulls the same author on every post, no matter who wrote the blog. I have 15 authors on my site and I’d like it to pull the correct author for each post. Is there something wrong that I’m doing?
