[Plugin: Author Spotlight (Widget)] plug in not working

  • Hi,

    I installed the plug-in along with user photo and it is displaying an error:

    Warning: extract() [function.extract]: First argument should be an array in /home/content/29/6869329/html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/author-profile/author-profile.php on line 38

    pardon my ignorance, as I am sure that the problem is on the user side.

    I get the same error. Immediately after updating to version 2.0 (WordPress 3.0.1) I get the same Warning: “Warning: extract() [function.extract]: First argument should be an array in […] wordpress/wp-content/plugins/author-profile/author-profile.php on line 38”. So I am not sure the problem ís on the user side (I didn’t use a user photo, by the way, just text).

    Any ideas?

    I am sorry I missed these posts. Do you guys still get this error?

    I recently updated to 2.1 and so far I didn’t get the error. After encountering the problem in 2.0 I reinstalled the version prior to 2.0 (1.2?) and after updating to WordPress 3.0.4 I gave 2.1 a try. So far so good.
