[Plugin: Author Spotlight (Widget)] Plugin Not working for the newer wordpress

I installed the plugin and have added to the widget but it doesn’t display anything… I also have the co-authors plugin installed…
I am using Buddypress 1.5 and wordpress 3.2.1
