[Plugin: Author Spotlight (Widget)] "Read More" link is mis-directed

I have created a test site for a site I volunteered to build for a local school. I have used the Author Spotlight and User Photo plug-ins. I love the results, with one exception, the widget showing the Author’s Bio has a “Read More” link at the bottom, but the link is not connecting to the Author’s full bio. How can I get the link to go to the author’s full bio? My apologies if this is an elementary question or has already been answered in another forum; however, I have not found the answer.
