Searching for Plugin: Auto Highlight Tags in Text

I am searching for an Plugin.

I want to auto highlight the words in my text from posts. Highlighted should be every word, who is also set as tag from this post.

Example:
This is my Post-Text:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor invidunt ut labore et dolore magna aliquyam erat, sed diam voluptua

I set “dolore”, “erat” as tags.

Now there should be every “dolore” and “erat” <strong> in this text.
