[Plugin: Auto Post Thumbnail] Default Thumbnail for image-less posts

First off, thanks for this great plugin, should be part of wordpress core (IMO).

Secondly, it’d be neat to have an option to set a default thumbnail for posts without one. Currently I’m doing this programatically, which is fine, but I think it would be a neat feature.
