[Plugin: Auto Post Thumbnail] Sizes?

Hello!
Maybe I’m forgetting something, but how can I get control of the size of the thumbnail?
I’ve got my Settings > Multimedia > Thumbnail size 65 x 40 (and cropped checkbox marked) but the thumbnail gets the same size than the image… In this case 240×160 px
Why’s that? What I’m doing wrong?
