Plugin Automatic Update Anamolies

  • Lately my automatic plugin updates are going screwy. There seems to be delayed recognition that an update is available. My local WP2.8 install recognizes a new version right away, but lately it can take a day or two for the same version update to be detected on my main install.

    Also, if I have a series of plugins ready for automatic update, I’ll update one of them, use the return to plugins page link and some of the plugins that had an update available will no longer show it. Today I had 5 total updates available, updated a single plugin, and then all of a sudden only had 2 updates left.

    Anyone noticed this? The issue seemed to coincide with the WP2.8 rollout, though that doesn’t necessarily mean anything.

    Disable all plugins and enable them on one by one and check for the plugins upgrade..as it may due to plugins vulnerability you may face this kind of issue..

    Also upgrade your wordpress version to the latest version
