• I installed the plugin (activated on site 1 of my multi-site instance), entered my AWB credentials, and clicked on “Save changes and backup now.”

Received this message: “Your manual backup has started. If it hasn’t yet, it will show up below once it’s completed the next time you view this page.”

Refreshed the page. Nothing appears under “Download recent backups” and there is nothing in my AWS/S3 bucket.

Is there something else I need to do?

  • seems as if the backup is large then it would not be automatically backed up. like lets say something bigger than 5mb or so. Just a hunch though.

Has anyone figured out a solution? I have the exact same problem. I’ve tried a couple of fixes suggested on other websites, but I still have the same problem described here. When I use WordPress Automatic Upgrade, it tells me the download is starting but nothing ends up in my Amazon bucket.

I’m no longer using this plugin.
