    Hi,

I have ‘Google for WooCommerce’ installed on my clients website. When I try to access the backend in the ‘Marketing’ tab. The page loads and then I goes blank to show a spinning wheel. I noticed if I click on ‘google for WooCommerce’ again the page appears fine. But when I click on any of the options ‘Report’, ‘Product Feed’, ‘Attributes or ‘Settings’ it loads and then blanks with the spinning wheel again.

This makes it impossible to access information.

I have deleted all caches but no luck.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nhdwordpressorg,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re facing an issue with an endless spinning wheel when accessing the Google for WooCommerce plugin backend.

This is quite unusual, however, did you already have a chance to test accessing the backend with a different browser?

Also, could you please confirm you’re able to access other plugin backends without any issues?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have checked in Chrome and Safari without any luck.

I have the plug-in installed on other websites without issues. It’s just this one which is having issues.

All other plugins are working perfectly.

Thank you for sharing further details with us @nhdwordpressorg.

As a next step, please temporarily disable all active plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and Google for WooCommerce and check if the issue persists.

Should the issue persist, you can also switch to a default theme to test even further. Please be sure to back up your site before proceeding with these steps.

Let us know if this helps.

    Hi,

I turned off all plugins except for those 2 and the issue still persists.

I then reverted to a default theme and still no luck.

    Hi again @nhdwordpressorg,

This is quite unusual. Could you please try uninstalling then re-installing the Google for WooCommerce plugin? This will help re-install any missing file paths.

Let us know how this goes.

    Hi,

It worked. I had to disconnect my account, delete the plugin, reinstall the plugin and then reconnect my google account.

    But its working again! Thanks
