[Plugin: Backup and Move Plugin] Can not log in to admin

  • Whenever I go to /wp-admin I get the following error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function home_url() in /home/coolintr/public_html/ipadresolution.com/wp-content/plugins/backup-and-move/backup_and_move.php on line 148

    I have deleted the plugin – upgraded to 3.1 uploaded the plugin again and nothing has resolved the issue.

    How can I fix this?
