[Plugin: BackWPup] 3 Warnings since 3.1 upgrade?

Hi,

This is the first backup since upgrading to 3.1. On 3.0.5, updates would complete without warnings or errors.

It appears to have worked, but I’m getting new warnings. Any idea what’s going on here?
