• I just recently decided to update plugin and also wordpress and the plugin stopped working properly. When a customer tries to visit the site I can hear the sound but under “visitors monitoring” there are no visitors listed. The same issue arises when the customer attempts to chat.

    I also tested myself locally and get the same results. I have to log out and then log back in in order to see a visitor. Even after I do that it will not list any new visitors on the site.

    The settings do not seem to stick. Before I was able to edit my offline and online messages via the plugin, but now they do not seem to save. I get blank screen every time I go to customize the plugin.

    Is there a way to get the older version of plugin to see if that corrects my problems?

    1. Have you deployed Banckle Chat on your live website or it has been tested on local environment only?
    2. Have you tried updating the Greeting Message from the Banckle Chat widget settings. You may click here to see the relevant documentation or a screen shot of the settings.
    3. Please share the WordPress version being used. We will also appreciate if you can share the website URL where you have deployed Banckle Chat and your Banckle Email Account ID. You may send us this information on support AT banckle.com

    We have already reported the plugin level concern to our WordPress team. Soon after their testing results, we will inform you with more updates.
