I have replied to your requests and suggestions. My operator is perpetually offline. You make corrections” and “updates” and ask me to try again.

It is unclear whether the html code needs to be pasted into the site or if the widget handles the work.
When you create a new deployment there doesnt seem to be a way to switch between them.
The online docs are good, but there are disconnects as to what does what.
    1. Should the widget be enabled on your word press site?
    2. Should you paste the html code into the site or not?
    3. why can you only change the default location of the help request when you customize the widget in wordpress?

So far I still have to give this a big fail.
The support people been responsive but it surely doesnt work as presented.

Yes you do need to paste the html into a custom widget…
